Old Melbourne Gaol.....Spooky

Fantastic turn out today with a total of 40 participants for the Old Melbourne Gaol trip. Despite being a bit lengthy with the tour guide giving explanations to everything; it was scary in some ways.

Please have a look at our pictures and recap what we all went through the 1st night of our Easter break. Have a enjoyable Easter Break and see you in a week's time.

BBQ Review

Attendance was expected, heaps of food for everyone to eat and most importantly the old meets the new. Enjoyable day I would say; many of the newbies are eager to come for more events and many of them I can see are possible committee members for 2008 :D

Anyway, check the BBQ pictures by clicking on the "Photos - Flickr" on the right-hand side. A sneak picture from the album :D

EVENT: Night Tour to the Old Melbourne Gaol

MSA RMIT will be organising a Night Tour to the Old Melbourne Gaol. This is a rare opportunity to go on an adventurous tour with your friends as this is a private tour booked by MSA.

Explore the imposing interior of the Old Melbourne gaol at night when it would normally be locked and left to the restless souls within.

Experience a creative blend of cutting edge theatre and historical fact that brings the forbidden secrets of the prison to life by candlelight. It will be a guided tour by the 'Hangman' himself.

Old Melbourne GaolThis is an enthralling tour that you wouldn't want to do alone...The details of the tour follows:

Date: 5th of April (Thursday) - The 1st day of our Easter break
Time: 8:30pm
Venue: Old Melbourne Gaol, Russell Street, Melbourne (Just behind RMIT)

  2. Non-members - 25 dollars
**Special offer!!! Pay 23 dollars and become a member of MSA RMIT and enjoy the benefits of being a member!!**

Feel free to bring your friends along! With just 3 dollars extra they get to enjoy the benefits of being a member of MSA RMIT.

Those who are interested please reply to us at msa_rmit@yahoo.com ASAP with your name, number of friends going and your contact details. PLACES ARE LIMITED!!!
